Cheese Pawn

Winter is on its way. I know this because I spend my time in wellies resembling a slightly damp and bedraggled sheep. It gets dark too early which gives me plenty of time to sit in the van doing pointless tasks. My latest ‘thing’ is that I’m compiling a list of ‘101 Things to Do Before I Die’. A few years ago I actually had the book but it may have got given away in the grand clear out. Besides most of the suggestions were ridiculous and things that held no appeal what so ever so I’m making up my own – it currently stands at 43 suggestions. It has the usual countries to visit, famous people to meet, bands to see and downright ludicrous things to do – get hammered on Tequila being the most memorable (or not as the case may be). I was going to add ‘eat weird named cheeses’ to the list after visiting Stratford today and daring to taste and buy some Stinking Bishop but would that be considered cheating? I still have no regrets about not heading to the sun for the winter. I’d rather stick pins in my bum that sit around with a bunch of whinging, cheap wine glugging English on some crappy overcrowded site in Spain and it’s amazing how many people here on site feel exactly the same.

About travellingninjas3

Scarlet haired veggie/coeliac/tattooed/charity shop loving rebel sold everything to take to the road with 3 Yorkies in a campervan to discover the meaning of life & blog about it. It all went well for 18 months but then a flippin bloke walked into my life and turned it upside down so now the travelling has come to a halt but I still live in the van but in a field - marvellous :o)
